STATE-OF-THE-ART SYSTEM AVAILABLE TODAY

FEATURES:
- Much
stronger electrode assembly both in material and construction technique.
-
Fixed side electrode is rigid and will stay in alignment with the rest
of the fingerjoint equipment.
- Better control of the movable side electrode with a new approach to air
control and positioning.
-
The
electrode system, as built, can be applied to a fixed center line or
fixed edge drive system.
- 100
percent aluminum enclosure and aluminum flashing around all steel framework to
contain RF and minimize RF interference problems.
-
Access to the electrode area is by hinged doors with snap latches.
Switches located on each door can stop the RF, if doors are opened
during normal running.
- Beacon lamps mounted on top of each section indicate status of the
electrode: RF on, doors open and which side.
-
Much
easier to access and make tuning changes when changeovers are required.
- Electrode wear strips and guide rails can be serviced or replaced
without removing complete electrode assembly.
-
Unique lower lumber support allowing electrodes to be opened 1 1/2" to
2" wider than normal during loading, unloading and servicing without
dropping the lumber out of line.
- The
electrode will open to a full 14", allowing for much easier cleaning and
maintenance.
